Kate spent her early career working in the private sector in the tech, financial services and oil & gas sectors. She became a consultant in 2011. Kate’s distinguishing strengths are a wholehearted curiosity to understand a culture, team or person and a natural predisposition for connecting on a human level which helps her gain the precious gift of trust. 

Kate has since worked in most sectors and built depth-of-expertise in designing and delivering cultural change programmes. She has worked extensively internationally in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. 

Kate became a certified Intent-Based Leadership Consultant in 2017, a certified Fearless Organization Practitioner in 2021 and accredited in the Radical Candor Feedback Loop in 2022.
